Welcome to my next Carnivore Diet update!
In today’s video we’ll talk about some of the unconventional topics in regard to adapting and living on the carnivore diet.
When I first started the diet, I was searching for physical healing, and that is what I found, and continue to experience.
What I didn’t expect was to be confronted with some of the deeper issues that come with being on restrictive diets for many years, my own self-sabotaging behavior and disordered eating habits, as well as some of the most ingrained negative thought patterns that have been holding me back from true progress and healing.
I think it’s important to talk about these things because there are so many levels to healing, not just the physical, and so far, the Carnivore Diet is helping me on all levels!!
